When is it worth replacing the screen
A screen is not only replaced after it breaks. These are the most common symptoms our customers come to us with:
No response to touch
The screen doesn't respond in some areas or across the whole surface.

We test touch, brightness and colours. We deliver the device back to you or you collect it at the service centre — with up to 12 months warranty.
Frequently asked questions — screen replacement
What is the difference between an original screen and a replacement?
The original (Service Pack) is the manufacturer's factory module — it gives perfect colours, full brightness and True Tone. A refurbished original is the same manufacturer panel with new glass and frame — it looks and works like the original but costs less; it is the most popular option. Soft OLED replacements reproduce the original at a lower price, and budget LCD/Incell screens work well in older models. For your phone we will recommend the best option for your budget; each is covered by up to 12 months warranty.
Will I keep touch sensitivity and True Tone after the screen replacement?
Yes. We use modules and procedures that keep the screen fully functional — touch sensitivity, brightness and, where possible, True Tone as well. We check everything after fitting.
How long does a screen replacement take?
Most replacements take about 2–4 hours, and when the part is in stock we do them on the same day. We confirm the exact time after diagnostics and agreeing on the screen option.
How much does a screen replacement cost for my model?

Will I lose data when the screen is replaced?
No. A screen replacement does not affect the data stored on the device — photos, contacts and apps stay intact.
Will I get a warranty on the screen replacement?
Yes — we give up to 12 months warranty on every replacement and part. If something is not right, we fix it free of charge.
