How does replacing the screen glass differ from replacing the screen?
With glass replacement we replace only the outer glass and keep the original display and touch. It is the solution for phones with cracked glass but a fully working screen — cheaper than replacing the whole module.
When is replacing the glass not enough?
If there are spots, lines, no touch or a water-damaged display, the whole module has to be replaced. We will assess this free of charge during diagnostics.
How long does a glass replacement take?
Usually 2–4 hours, and when the glass is in stock we do it on the same day. We confirm the exact time after diagnostics.
Will I lose data during a glass replacement?
No. A glass replacement does not affect the data stored on the device — photos, contacts and apps stay intact.
Will I keep True Tone and touch sensitivity after the glass replacement?
Yes — we keep the original panel, so touch, colours and True Tone work as before.
Will I get a warranty on the glass replacement?
Yes — we give up to 12 months warranty on the glass replacement and the glass. If something is not right, we fix it free of charge.
