Frequently asked questions — battery replacement
How can I tell that the battery needs replacing?
Typical symptoms are short battery life, sudden shutdowns at several dozen percent, slow charging, overheating or a bulging case. On an iPhone you can check battery health in Settings → Battery.
Will I lose data during a battery replacement?
No. A battery replacement does not affect the memory — photos, contacts and apps stay untouched. Still, it is always worth having a backup.
Do you use original batteries?
We use original batteries or high-quality equivalents in full health, tested after fitting and with up to 12 months warranty.
How long does a battery replacement take?
Most replacements take about 45–60 minutes, and when the part is in stock we do them on the same day. We confirm the exact time after diagnostics.
Will I lose the manufacturer's warranty after a battery replacement?
Replacing the battery outside an authorised service centre may affect the manufacturer's warranty, but you get up to 12 months warranty on the service and part from us.
Will I get a warranty on the battery replacement?
Yes — we give up to 12 months warranty on every replacement and part. If something is not right, we fix it free of charge.
